Hi!
I am continuing my post that I started in February. Well, I actually just deleted it and here is the new one. So, Happy Spring!
I’m not looking at this season like I’ve used to. Usually it’s a way to let go of winter blues and diet changes, while bringing in new ideas and challenges. Between eating more vegetables, yoga, therapy, and taking all my supplements, I’ve tried most of the basics. This time I want to go a step further. What if this time I just build on what I’ve always done and tried? Build on my business and already set plans, stick to a practice just for the commitment, and start eating real meals instead of popcorn and chocolate covered raisins for dinner.
I wouldn’t say I’ve fallen off, but I definitely let my ability to procrastinate and overthink get the best of me. While I could write a list on a “how to” this season, why don’t I just show you? The things that bring me a sense of calm, a smile, motivation, and simple beauty back into my little corner of NYC and My Whisk and Mat.
